| Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location, supplier's policy, (for instance, Soy Candles that are hand poured), and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-14 day delivery time.
Cancellation Policy.We accept cancellations up to 24 hours, or until the product is shipped. After that, please refer to our refund policies. Requests for engraving must be cancelled before engraving is started.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, most items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged Shipments. Inspect contents of shipment, on arrival. If anything is damaged, or missing, call the freight carrier, and note this on the receipt. If you find concealed shipping damage, after driver is gone, call the carrier to inspect, and file a claim. Keep receipt, and all packing materials.
We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will refund shipping costs if you are returning a product due to an error by us. You are responsible for shipping costs when product is refused, or returned with no fault of ours. We are not responsible for damage of defective products in shipping, loss during shipping,errors in shipping your order, or other errors. We are liable only for the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
We guarantee our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send e-mail to "customerservice@tickleyursenses.com to notify us of your intent, and why. We'll accept returns within 30 days of purchase, shipping to be paid by buyer, and we ask that the item be in the same packaging, or similar, with invoice.
In case of a candle, we will not accept if burned over 5-7%. |
